The Boy Who Backed Up the Sky
sci-fi◐ TeenMilo screenshots the sky, then races home to tell his sister Priya. She's older, smarter, and never believes anything. He shoves the phone in her face. To his shock, she goes pale. 'I saw it too,' she whispers. 'On the bus. I thought I was just tired.'
Priya grabs a flashlight and a notebook. 'If the sky has a seam, the world has edges,' she says. 'Let's go find one.' They head to where the highway used to keep going. Now it just stops at a gray wall of static, humming softly.
