Marv crept forward and walked straight into a coat rack, which crashed down with a sound like a small avalanche. We all held our breath. Nothing happened. "See?" Marv whispered proudly. "Stealth." Lola put her face in her hands.
Marv reached the kitchen and found a giant cheese fountain, still warm, gurgling away. "The motherlode," he whispered. He leaned in for a closer look and his tie dipped straight into the melted cheese. He tugged. The whole fountain wobbled toward him.
The cheese fountain tipped right over and dumped warm gruyere across the entire kitchen floor. Marv slid across it on his back like a hockey puck and crashed into the spice rack. He sat up, covered head to toe in cheese, and gave a thumbs up. "Mission... mostly successful."
